Courses

Barista course

Develop professional bar skills across espresso preparation, milk steaming, drink building, workflow, customer service. From Foundation to Professional level you move from core techniques and beverage quality to advanced consistency, speed & bar operations in a cafe.

Brew course

Learn how to brew great coffee using a range of manual and batch methods. The course builds your understanding of grind size, brew ratios, extraction, and filtration so you can design, dial‑in, and evaluate brews consistently at each level of the SCA Coffee Skills Program.

Sensory skills course

Build a solid sensory foundation for evaluating coffee quality. You will practice identifying aroma, taste, and mouthfeel, learn SCA cupping protocol, and progress toward detailed sensory analysis and calibration used in professional tasting and quality control.

Prepare for CQI’s Q Arabica Grader certification by training to cup and score coffees using SCA standards. This intensive course focuses on sensory calibration, green and roasted coffee evaluation, and the series of exams required to qualify as a professional Q Grader.
